The SE-ED1905 Handheld Explosive Trace Detector utilizes fluorescent polymer sensing technology, specifically designed to detect various types of explosives. It operates based on changes in photometric intensity of fluorescence emitted by fluorescent polymers. This detector can identify military explosives, commercial explosives, oxide explosives, and ammonium nitrate explosives.
Operators can sample the target by wiping (particular surfaces) or closing the bottle mouth (liquid or vapor), enabling the Handheld Explosive Trace Detector to conduct detection. It has been proven to be one of the safest and most sensitive explosive detectors available on the market, featuring a rugged metal casing, the SE-ED1905 starts from cold within two minutes and is backed by an eight-hour battery.
